Rooted Broth is a CPG startup bringing complete-protein bone broth in a tea bag to people on the go. We recently raised VC funding and are in build mode—more stores, better operations, stronger brand.
We’re a fast-growing startup at the intersection of health, travel, and lifestyle, with retail partnerships expanding across grocery stores and wellness spaces.
Our mission is simple: make wellness accessible, portable, and rooted in global flavor. We’re looking for a creative, driven, and social-savvy individual to join our growing team and help us bring the Rooted Broth experience to life online.
About the RoleAs our Social Media Manager, you’ll work directly with our Founder to grow Rooted Broth’s online presence and community. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance, and staying ahead of trends in the health and wellness space. You will also participate in events and help with influencer marketing as needed.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving CPG startup from the ground up and make a visible impact as we expand into retail and build a national audience.
Core Job Responsibilities- Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
- Schedule posts, manage engagement, and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for reels, campaigns, and community engagement
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on new ideas and brand storytelling
- Track growth metrics and report on engagement and content performance
- Research and stay on top of social trends relevant to CPG, wellness, and travel
Required Experience
- 1–4 years of experience managing brand or creator social media accounts
- Strong eye for content creation — photo, video, and copywriting
- Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Metricool, Planoly, or similar)
- Understands engagement metrics and analytics basics
- Excited by the startup environment and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about wellness, travel, and creative storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest with CPG, health, or food & beverage brands
- Video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe tools)
- Salary: 60-70k
- In-person 4 days/week
- Opportunity to grow with the brand as we scale retail and expand our team
- Mentorship and collaboration directly with the Founder
