About

the Role

As the Social + Content Manager at Farrynheight, you will be a pivotal individual contributor responsible for driving our clients' social media strategies and content creator partnerships to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will play a key role in developing and executing innovative social media campaigns, cultivating relationships with creators, and fostering engagement within online communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and brand identities, leveraging insights and best practices to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development and decision-making.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on new opportunities for engagement and growth.
Creator Partnership Management
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and management of creator partnerships to amplify clients' messaging and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with content creators, negotiating partnerships and collaborations that align with clients' goals and values.
  • Oversee campaigns and activations, including contract negotiation, content approvals, and performance tracking.
  • Implement content calendars and schedules, ensuring consistent posting frequency and alignment with clients' brand identities and messaging.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, analyzing data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Make recommendations for content refinement and strategy adjustments based on data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Content Creation and Curation
  • Lead the development of engaging and relevant social media content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories, to drive user engagement and interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop content ideas, themes, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives.
  • Source and curate compelling content from external sources to supplement clients' social media feeds and provide value to followers.
Community Engagement
  • Foster relationships with followers and customers by actively engaging with comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
  • Monitor conversations and trends within clients' online communities, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and amplifying positive feedback.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content, facilitate discussions, and cultivate brand advocates and ambassadors.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, tactics, and content for maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of social media efforts on business objectives and ROI.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, influencer relations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience in content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
