Scale's product marketing team drives awareness and engagement for Scale's offerings among core audiences, using a data-driven approach to reflect customers' voices in product development and messaging. The team partners with product, engineering, research, sales, comms, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive customer experience across channels and to provide valuable insights and resources that help customers execute on their AI transformation journey.
This role focuses on developing and optimizing vertical-specific messaging and content for Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services to ensure Scale resonates with core buyers in these sectors. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will- Develop clear, compelling messaging for enterprise offerings tailored to key personas within Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services.
- Create marketing assets, including slide decks, videos, blog posts, and one-pagers, that effectively communicate our value propositions to vertical leaders.
- Drive marketing programs around each vertical to contribute to pipeline targets.
- Lead positioning and sales enablement efforts to drive awareness and engagement for Scale's offerings.
- Support the creation of case studies highlighting customer success within your assigned verticals.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and growth marketing to create a cohesive customer experience.
- Collaborate with field marketing and events teams to develop vertical-specific event strategies, content, and experiences that drive engagement within customer and target accounts.
- Manage the digital footprint for our Vertical Enterprise offerings across our website, marketplace listings, and analyst platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B enterprise environments, including at least one vertical sales-led growth motion.
- An understanding of AI/ML technology and/or intuition for how to build content for executive buyers, IT, and business users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, storytelling, and analysis skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels, including executive, and to work across functions.
- An outstanding level of attention to detail.
- Experience marketing AI products or services.
Compensation and benefits: Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by location and other factors. Scale employees in eligible roles are granted equity-based compensation, subject to Board approval. Your recruiter can share the salary range for your location during the hiring process and confirm whether the role is eligible for equity.
Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO, with potential additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.

$171,600 — $214,500 USD
