The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Content Writer/Content Lead to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our content strategy, boosting brand awareness, and generating leads through compelling storytelling and insightful content.

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, support teams, and external partners to elevate our content strategy across all channels, being both innovative and ROI‑driven. Key responsibilities:

Your Mission, Your Impact Content Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify content trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Utilize a messaging framework to define and streamline content processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Content Creation
  • Write, edit, and proofread high‑quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Create engaging and SEO‑optimized content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop content that communicates complex technical concepts in an accessible and compelling manner.
  • Produce tailored content for each stage of the buyer’s journey, including TOFU (Top of Funnel), MOFU (Middle of Funnel), and BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) content to effectively nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
Content Management
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content writers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and output.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all content channels.
Project Management
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with North American and international clients.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to optimize content strategy and execution.
  • Implement best practices for content marketing, including A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging content marketing technologies to continuously improve our content efforts.
We’re Searching for Someone With Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content writing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role, preferably in the ITES or tech industry.
