Overview
The Publicis Alchemy team is driven by the motto “Making it Better and Better.” In that spirit, we are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Strategy in a senior leadership role responsible for defining and driving the agency's vision for integrated media, content, and partnership execution for corporate branding activity of a high-profile client. This leader will bridge the gap between media planning, creative strategy, and major media owners, ensuring that content and media work in lockstep to deliver maximum business impact and cultural relevance.
A proven history of cultivating deep, strategic vendor relationships and executing at the highest levels of global and high-profile events is essential.
- Develop and champion a forward-thinking media strategy that integrates paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for platform, audience, and campaign objectives.
- Serve as the primary strategic voice for large-scale, tentpole campaigns, working directly with CMOs and C-Suite clients to define the content ecosystem and partnership roadmap.
- Lead the creation of innovative, first-to-market media opportunities by identifying trends in media consumption, emerging platforms, and content formats.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with major media vendors, publishers (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, major broadcast networks, streaming platforms), and content creators to secure advantageous terms, exclusive inventory, and co-creation opportunities.
- Act as a client ambassador, positioning the client as a preferred and innovative partner within the media ecosystem.
- Bridge media and creative:
Establish seamless working processes between the media strategy, creative, sports/entertainment partnerships, and public relations teams. Ensure creative teams are involved early in the media planning cycle and that media teams provide platform-specific context for optimal creative development. - Oversee major activations:
Direct the media and content strategy and execution for high-profile client events and major campaign launches. - Manage the cross-functional teams required to execute complex live media and content integrations, ensuring flawless delivery and rapid response capability.
- Identify, vet, and secure exclusive sponsorship and content integration opportunities within major cultural moments that align with client brand values.
- Mentor and manage a team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and partnership excellence.

Compensation Range: $200,000 - $210,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
