• Manage and update the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring compliance and timely revisions.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing resources.
• Support email communications by formatting and sending content, maintaining accuracy and brand alignment.
• Perform updates on internal platforms, ensuring content is current and accessible.
• Track and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are met.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in using basic productivity and collaboration tools.

• Experience in the financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance processes and internal website management.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or agencies.

The pay range for this role is $17 - $42 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
