OverviewAt Fitnescity, we strive to provide a world-class customer experience. Your role will be to further grow customer happiness and engagement.
Responsibilities- Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts.
- Lead and refine customer cohort analysis.
- Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase customer happiness.
- Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content).
- Run end‑to‑end growth initiatives (activation, retention, loyalty): identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.
- Work with the team to unlock innovative, company‑specific strategies for growth.
- Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Management.
- Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience and strong quantitative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with little supervision (training provided).
- Excellent writing skills (strict requirement).
- Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry.
