Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Biddable Media Supervisor responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other bidding‑based networks, focusing on strategic planning, budget allocation, keyword research, ad creative optimization, and performance analysis to achieve client marketing goals.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.

Campaign Implementation

• Hands‑on campaign execution, management, and oversight on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok.
• Contribute to forecasting, media planning, and budget management across channels.
• Set up campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies across platforms.
• Identify, propose, and execute testing opportunities across platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools, proposing innovative strategies and testing new ad products.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

• Monitor front‑end and key performance metrics such as Conversions, Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Strong focus on performance, reviewing accounts regularly to ensure budget pacing and performance is on target.
• Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and optimization opportunities.

Communication & Managerial Capabilities

• Develop performance decks and clearly communicate trends and opportunities to internal and external clients on a weekly/bi‑weekly or monthly cadence.
• Mentor and manage a small team of media planners or managers, providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.
• Ensure high standards of execution and performance across all client accounts under your supervision.

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns with strong platform‑level knowledge.
• Strong experience managing direct‑to‑consumer or conversion‑based media campaigns while understanding awareness‑based strategies.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members.
• Exceptional analytical skills—instinctively digging into campaign data to understand what works and why.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Effective communication and client‑facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.

• Retail or e‑commerce platform experience (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Supermetrics.
• Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
