Job Summary
We are looking for a professional to drive strategic marketing initiatives to establish market share and product success, while overseeing portfolio management, brand positioning, and promotional strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering training to optimize sales force effectiveness.
- Develop strategic marketing plans:
Establish market share and prescription objectives, create brand plans, and build omnichannel product promotion strategies tailored to target audiences. - Manage product promotions:
Oversee promotional materials, campaigns, media planning, and advertising to increase product awareness and drive consumer engagement. - Monitor and analyze performance:
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives. - Engage stakeholders:
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific organizations, and external agencies to support brand promotion and strengthen relationships. - Ensure compliance and process adherence:
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to organizational policies and national regulations, optimizing processes for effective execution. - Gather customer and market insights:
Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and use insights to identify opportunities, improve brand positioning, and anticipate market trends. - Develop and train teams:
Provide training to sales force teams, develop resources for cycle meetings, and organize educational plans to align with marketing strategies. - Define portfolio strategy and management:
Create long‑term portfolio goals, develop financial forecasts, and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Educational qualification: Post‑graduation in sales/marketing. Graduation in science preferred.
Minimum work experience: 4+ years overall experience / 7+ years overall experience.
