The Email Marketing Associate will support the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and the Guest Communications Manager in creating and executing email marketing and SMS campaigns for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Hospitality Program. This role is key to both creating personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that enhance the consumer experience and ensuring that hospitality guests receive timely, clear, and personalized information across all touchpoints in the lead‑up to the event.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development, execution and optimization of comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey.
- Assist in executing post‑sale communication plans for FIFA World Cup 2026 guests by supporting the creation of content across various channels.
- Help ensure the timely delivery of pre‑event materials (itineraries, schedules, tickets, hospitality details) to prepare guests.
- Assist with using marketing automation tools to streamline and scale communication efforts.
- Support the execution of A/B testing for email, SMS, and other communication strategies to boost engagement.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends to contribute fresh ideas to communication efforts.
- Provide general support to the Guest Communications Manager and Lifecycle Marketing Manager as needed.
- 1‑2 years of experience in email marketing, event management, or hospitality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and communication planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Interest in learning about marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A passion for creativity, events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with various teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship‑building skills.
- Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
