Field Marketing Manager

Cytactic is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute high-impact field programs across North America. This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating memorable in-person experiences and driving measurable regional pipeline.

This position reports to Cytactic VP Marketing.

• Plan and execute regional field programs including meetups, executive dinners, partner events, and industry conferences.
• Partner closely with sales and demand generation teams to build pipeline and accelerate opportunities within key territories.
• Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and event materials for all in-person and hybrid activities.
• Tailor regional campaign messaging and ensure consistency with brand and product positioning.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness to continuously optimize field activities.
• Strengthen Cytactic’s presence within major US tech hubs and relevant industry communities.

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity or Dev Ops.
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline through regional programs.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
