Location: New York

Vivrelle is looking for a Senior Associate, Influencer Marketing to support our growing influencer initiatives. This person will play a key role in identifying, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers and creators that align with Vivrelle’s brand, values, and growth goals. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social media culture, has a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, and thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Day

to day responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management of Vivrelle’s influencer marketing program, from outreach to activation and performance tracking.
  • Research and identify emerging creators, taste makers, and talent who align with Vivrelle’s brand and target audience.
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and collaborations — ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, tracking deliverables, and managing influencer budgets.
  • Monitor influencer performance, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI; compile reports and insights for the broader marketing team.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, competitor activations, and influencer best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social, PR, and Creative teams to amplify influencer content and maximize campaign impact.
What we need in this next teammate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or brand partnerships.
  • Expertise in influencer ecosystem platforms like Shop My and LTK.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, and digital culture.
  • Self‑starter with a collaborative spirit and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Can‑do attitude who can prioritize excellently and meet deadlines.
The nice to haves
  • Experience with a fashion or subscription brand.
