About The Dink
The Dink is the leading media and events brand in the fastest-growing sport in the world. What started as a newsletter has grown into a full-stack media company reaching millions each month across newsletters, podcasts, video, social, web, and live events.
Brands don’t work with The Dink for impressions alone, they work with us because we deliver thoughtful storytelling, measurable performance, and long-term partnership value. This role sits at the center of making that happen.
The RoleThe Partnerships Marketing Manager is the owner of marketing and advertising campaign execution and client success. You are responsible for turning sold partnerships into high-performing, well-orchestrated campaigns across The Dink’s media ecosystem.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, while also acting as the internal quarterback who coordinates editorial, production, social, and operations teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, exceed expectations, and meet The Dink’s quality bar.
Secondarily, you will help lead The Dink’s own internal marketing initiatives (content promotion, events, awards) using the same discipline, creativity, and performance mindset you apply to client campaigns.
If you enjoy owning outcomes, juggling complexity with creativity, and being the person who makes everything actually work, this role will excite you.
