In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of growth marketing, taking ownership of paid media campaigns across exciting, emerging channels like programmatic CTV and digital audio. You’ll be the architect behind campaign execution, from initial setup and precise trafficking to continuous optimization within demand‑side platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering test‑and‑learn initiatives, directly advancing the innovation agenda for paid media strategies and building critical foundational skills in data‑driven marketing.

What You’ll Do:
  • Independently manage campaign setup, pacing, and optimization within leading demand‑side platforms (DSPs).
  • Execute comprehensive campaign management workflows, including creative trafficking, audience segmentation, flighting, and robust reporting.
  • Lead quality assurance and troubleshooting efforts to guarantee accurate campaign delivery and precise reporting.
  • Construct and meticulously analyze campaign reports to unearth actionable insights and guide strategic next steps.
  • Present compelling results from campaign performance data for in‑depth optimization analysis and post‑campaign evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to spearhead pilot campaigns and explore new channel opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous campaign trackers, budget adherence, and thorough documentation for seamless execution.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of playbooks and process enhancements for emerging channel activation.
  • Facilitate cross‑channel learning by meticulously documenting test outcomes and key insights.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring new DSP capabilities, ad formats, and targeting innovations within the programmatic landscape.
Must‑Have

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in digital media planning, buying, or programmatic activation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience managing campaigns within demand‑side platforms (DSPs).
  • A strong grasp of programmatic fundamentals, optimization levers, and key performance metrics.
  • An analytical mindset coupled with proven experience interpreting complex campaign data and performance dashboards.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently with precision and a high degree of accountability.
  • A genuine passion for innovation and a keen interest in emerging programmatic environments, including Connected TV (CTV) and digital audio.
  • Bachelors Degree.
