ABOUTTHE ROLE
ADWEEK is seeking a Manager of Client Partnerships to oversee the execution of sponsor ships and cultivate strong post-sale relationships with our partners. This role is central to ensuring seamless delivery across a portfolio of products, including events, digital media, branded content, podcasts, and more. Acting as a trusted advisor, the ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for client success, optimize campaign performance, and drive retention and long-term growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for printing, ensuring a high standardy P of excellence in account management.
- Oversee the execution of sponsor ships across ADWEEK’s portfolio, with a particular focus on events, podcasts, digital media, branded content, and print, managing a high-volume book of business of approximately 60–70 client accounts annually and 20+ concurrent campaigns at any given time.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in ADWEEK’s offerings and capabilities to support the team’s expanding role in managing these activations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring all sponsorship activations are executed on time and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including sales, creative, editorial, events, and marketing teams—to align execution with client objectives.
- Leverage data and insights to monitor campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and future opportunities.
- Facilitate client communications, including kickoff meetings, project timelines, asset collection, and post-campaign reporting.
- Advocate for client needs within ADWEEK, proactively identifying ways to enhance product offerings and execution processes.
- Maintain accurate tracking of inventory, campaign performance, and client contracts using project management and CRM tools.

- 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within the marketing, advertising, media, or events industry.
- Strong understanding of digital media, branded content, events, and sponsorship activations.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client service and problem‑solving.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
