With 5 NYC studios and expanding quickly, WTHN’s Studio Marketing Manager will play a critical role in bringing the WTHN brand to life inside our studios: driving bookings, client education, and membership.

The Role

The Influencer & Events Marketing Manager owns the development and execution of influencer, brand ambassador, and event marketing programs that drive new client acquisition for WTHN. This is a highly hands‑on role focused on turning influencers, creators, community, and in‑person events into measurable business growth.

You’ll plan and execute influencer campaigns and brand events that generate awareness, leads, and first‑time bookings across WTHN studios, working closely with Studio, Brand, Paid, and Social teams. From booking creators and hosting events to distributing content and tracking performance, this role connects brand storytelling directly to growth outcomes.

Influencer and event marketing at WTHN are not just awareness plays—they are core drivers of top‑of‑funnel demand. Your north star metrics include leads generated, event attendance conversion, first‑time bookings, and client acquisition tied to influencer and event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day execution of the influencer and brand ambassador marketing channel, serving as a key point of contact for creators and partners
  • Support influencer strategy and program growth through thoughtful execution, relationship management, and ongoing optimization
  • Create and distribute monthly influencer brand briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and content expectations
  • Coordinate influencer logistics, including booking appointments, studio visits, event attendance, and content capture opportunities
  • Manage cross‑channel distribution of influencer content, partnering with Social and Paid teams to support organic usage and paid whitelisting opportunities
  • Handle influencer follow‑ups, including tracking deliverables, promo codes, links, usage rights, and timelines
  • Maintain organized trackers and documentation to ensure smooth execution, visibility, and accurate reporting across campaigns
Events & Experiential Marketing
  • Plan, book, and support the execution of influencer, brand, and community marketing events in partnership with Studio and Brand teams
  • Maintain an events tracker to manage timelines, guest lists, partners, and deliverables, ensuring all events are executed smoothly
  • Support events on‑site as needed, including hosting influencers, assisting with run‑of‑show, and ensuring a positive brand experience
  • Collaborate with the Studio team on local partnership outreach, flyering, and community engagement initiatives
  • Assist with the creation and rollout of studio signage, visual merchandising, and event assets aligned with key marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, leads generated, and conversion to bookings or purchases, sharing insights to inform future events
Who You’ll Work With
  • Reports directly to the VP of Marketing
  • Partners with HQ Marketing, Studio Managers, Healers, Events Marketing Manager, and Social Media Manager
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, with a track record of building relationships, executing campaigns, and driving measurable impact
  • Ability to think strategically about influencer and event marketing while remaining highly hands‑on in execution
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with comfort managing influencers, creators, partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Experience briefing creators, managing deliverables, and connecting influencer content to broader marketing channels and performance goals
  • Strong copywriting and briefing skills, with the ability to balance brand voice and growth objectives
