About the Role

The Director of Brand Strategy joins Tradeweb’s global Marketing team and plays a central role in ensuring brand cohesion across regions, product lines, and market touchpoints. The position is newly created to support rapid expansion into new regions and product areas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Define and socialize the brand’s unique value proposition, positioning, and differentiation.
  • Create clear brand messaging guidelines across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with market research teams and agencies to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Define and develop brand architecture that clearly articulates the relationship between sub‑brands and the corporate brand.
  • Create brand architecture guidelines for naming, consolidating, retiring or integrating sub‑brands.
  • Develop strategies and plans for integrating brands during mergers or acquisitions.
  • Educate global marketing and product teams on brand architecture and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute brand‑related projects.
  • Form partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure creative expression aligns with the brand.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop digital assets such as templates, logos, email signatures, typography, and imagery repositories.
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms for continuous brand compliance.
  • Ensure new products, services or brands align with overall brand strategy and architecture.
  • Create initiatives that reinforce the brand’s purpose internally and support employee engagement.
  • Establish clear, measurable objectives for brand health and align them with business goals.
  • Define KPIs and other metrics to measure effectiveness of brand strategy.
  • Communicate brand health findings and progress to marketing and non‑marketing leaders on a regular cadence.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in brand development, marketing, or brand strategy, preferably in financial or fintech markets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand strategy planning and execution.
  • Ability to balance logical strategic thinking with adaptive, fast‑paced execution.
  • Deep understanding of people and culture, translating customer insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams to translate brand strategy into execution.
  • Background in presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative insights and effective strategies.
