Who You Are

Justworks is looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to build and scale a function that transforms our partner ecosystem into a strategic growth engine. This leader will define how Justworks engages, enables, and grows its network of channel, integration and alliance partners—driving awareness, acquisition, and trust through co-marketing programs and data-driven partner engagement.

You’ll establish the vision, frameworks, and programs that empower our partners to drive measurable business impact and ensure partnerships become a consistent and integrated pillar of our end-to-end Go-To-Market motion, driving acquisition and monetization for Justworks and seamless marketing, shopping and user experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a Partner Marketing strategy that accelerates growth through channel and integration partners and strategic alliances.
  • Define the marketing framework for partner lifecycle engagement—from onboarding and enablement to co-marketing and retention.
  • Build scalable programs that elevate partner visibility and drive measurable pipeline growth, customer adoption and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships leadership to align marketing priorities, investment, and KPIs with business objectives.
  • Establish clear reporting and insights on partner performance, marketing ROI, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Program Development & Execution

  • Lead integrated co-marketing initiatives—including campaigns, events, content, and digital programs—that strengthen partner relationships and generate qualified leads.
  • Build enablement strategies, toolkits, and resources that help partners effectively position and sell Justworks.
  • Launch partner communications and engagement programs that deliver consistent value and reinforce Justworks’ brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure storytelling consistency, channel performance, and measurable outcomes.
  • Test, measure, and optimize programs to continuously improve partner-sourced pipeline, engagement, and ROI.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Partner Marketing team.
  • Establish repeatable workflows, governance, and scalable processes for strategic prioritization, campaign planning and execution.
  • Foster a collaborative, metrics-driven culture focused on outcomes, learning, and iteration.
