Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Gifting

, Inc. is on a mission to help businesses build stronger relationships through the power of thoughtful gifting. We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Gifting to accelerate growth across our B2B segment.

In this role, you’ll shape and execute marketing programs that position our family of brands—including 1-800-Flowers, Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, The Popcorn Factory, and more—as the go-to solution for corporate gifting, recognition, and employee engagement.

You’ll work cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams to deliver high-impact campaigns. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead and execute the B2B marketing strategy, ultimately helping organizations give more meaningfully.

What You’ll Do B2B Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales to build targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, and events.
  • Manage and optimize the corporate gifting website to increase traffic, conversion, and user experience.
  • Build and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned to key corporate gifting moments (holidays, client/employee appreciation, retention initiatives).
  • Identify new B2B audience segments and verticals with high gifting potential.
Content & Campaign Development
  • Own the strategy and execution of demand‑gen and retention campaigns—from thought leadership and storytelling to promotional offers and lifecycle journeys.
  • Create messaging and creative briefs that highlight the emotional and business impact of gifting.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver assets that reflect our premium brand standards.
Sales Enablement & Go‑To‑Market Support
  • Develop marketing collateral, pitch decks, and playbooks that align Sales to a unified brand story.
  • Lead go‑to‑market planning for new corporate gifting products, services, and digital tools.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and client experiences across all touchpoints.
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Manage B2B email programs, including promotional sends, onboarding journeys, and client education campaigns.
  • Use segmentation, testing, and automation to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure alignment with CRM, lead scoring, and nurture workflows.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and analyze performance across channels to refine strategy and improve ROI.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
  • Test new content, messaging, and media approaches to drive continuous improvement.

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000
. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
