Senior Product Director

Our client is looking for an experienced product leader to drive strategy, development and monetization of our next-gen video product suite. In this role, you will own an industry-first innovative product offering that combines data and video to enable marketers to drive 1:1 personalized video marketing. You will own the vision and drive it through the development lifecycle and go-to-market stages.

The new product suite is a highly strategic initiative that will constitute a new business unit at the company. You will be the key driver and have a direct exposure and work closely with executive management. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of video marketing and innovation in video!

• Own all aspects of the product suite from envisioning through launch to go-to-market.
• Identify client needs, industry trends, short term and long term opportunities and develop a clear product vision accordingly.
• Create and deliver on a roadmap of product features while making build-partner decisions.
• Hire and grow a world-class team of product managers.
• Lead commercialization effort of the products globally throughout the company.
• Manage product pricing and positioning strategy.
• Work with marketing on strategic go-to-market plans that scale.
• Serve as product expert in strategic sales discussions.

• 8-10 yrs of experience in Product Management.
• Experience managing product managers.
• Experience in any of the following: marketing-tech, marketing automation, lead-gen, predictive marketing, personalization, data driven products or optimization.
• Ability to excel in a fluid fast paced start-up environment.
• Technical background and experience working directly with engineers.

$160,000 base + bonus + equity
