Job Description

The Marketing Director for US-Oncology, will lead the strategy and execution of the US, Oncology marketing plan. Qure has been selling AI diagnosis and patient management solutions to the US market focussing on Oncology. The role will report to the Global Head of Marketing and dotted to the Chief Business Officer of Global Health. The role will have to work closely with the US sales leadership team to align the strategic and commercial needs, and the PR and overall marketing team to ensure quality execution of the marketing plan.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategize the market positioning, messaging and marketing plan for driving Qure’s presence among key decision makers in the US market.
• Understand key strategic themes around AI diagnostics to inspire marketing positioning plans for Qure.
• Create and drive the marketing campaign & team, including initiatives to support commercial goals, lead generation through trade media events and virtual events and brand awareness among the target audience.
• Drive through leadership, engage key KOLS to position Qure as an AI partner of choice for US healthcare providers, technology companies and pharma and device strategic partners.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team and ensure high quality execution of the marketing plan.
• Lead performance evaluation of marketing campaign to improve continuously (key metrics like leads, engagement, website traffic etc).

Requirements

• 7-10 years marketing or strategy consulting experience, with keen understanding of value/ benefit messaging.
• Experience in healthcare (med device / pharma / health service provider) – good to have.
• Experience working with global clients of varying seniority & cross functional global teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment; start-up/ scale-up experience will be added advantage.
• Strong communicator, builds good interpersonal relationships and has experience managing high performing teams.
