We are a nationwide immigration law firm dedicated to zealoulsy representing the interests of Latino/a immigrants and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing department and drive the overall marketing strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends within the Latino community, consumer behavior, and innovative marketing techniques.

As CMO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and product management.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI on various campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a CMO or similar position.

• Proficiency in SEO techniques and social media marketing strategies.
