Brand Marketing Director

NONFICTION, the Seoul-based lifestyle fragrance house known for its signature scents, clean formulations, and evocative storytelling, is preparing for its U.S. debut in early 2026. As we enter this next chapter, we are seeking an experienced and culturally attuned Brand Marketing Director (U.S.) to lead our brand’s expansion into one of the world’s most influential beauty markets.

This role will shape how NONFICTION is introduced, experienced, and desired across the U.S. landscape—spanning digital, retail, and community touchpoints. You will guide the regional brand strategy, oversee omni‑channel growth, and lead the launch of our first U.S. flagship store (opening Q1 2026), in partnership with HQ in Seoul.

• Reports to Chief Strategy Office (CSO)

• Shape U.S. brand positioning, storytelling, and overall marketing direction
• Lead integrated campaigns and product launches across all consumer touchpoints
• Drive omni‑channel growth, blending digital innovation with brand‑led experiences
• Build social and cultural presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, creators, community, and PR

• 8+ years of experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or culture‑driven consumer brands
• Strong creative sensibility with a sharp eye for brand and storytelling
• Deep understanding of the U.S. market and consumer mindset
• Proven ability to lead omni‑channel storytelling across digital and physical experiences
