Overview

Job Title:
Startup Marketing Lead (Go-to-Market Focus)

About Us

OSMOS is a startup digital studio in New York that helps founders launch apps and web products. We work with SaaS, B2B, and B2B2C companies to build brands, ship products, and get them into market fast.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Lead to own go-to-market strategy. You will sit at the intersection of product, growth, and storytelling. The focus is on shaping messaging, planning launches, and making sure the work gets noticed. You do not need to be a specialist in every tool, but you should understand how app and web launches come together. That includes ASO, SEO, App Store approvals, lifecycle engagement, and paid acquisition.

This role connects the dots. Top-of-funnel ads bring users in. Engagement campaigns through push, email, and in-app keep them active. Insights from both flow back into product development sprints. Your job is to make sure marketing is not an afterthought but part of the build itself.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and guide go-to-market strategies for SaaS, app, and web launches
  • Translate product features into sharp messaging that resonates with users and investors
  • Build launch kits that include landing pages, decks, one-pagers, emails, and case studies
  • Coordinate app launch workflows including ASO, App Store Connect, and engagement basics with tools like Braze
  • Manage web presence with SEO fundamentals, analytics, and performance-driven content
  • Plan and run paid campaigns on Linked In, Google, and social platforms to drive top-of-funnel growth
  • Tie acquisition and engagement results back to product sprints so dev priorities are aligned with market feedback
  • Research competitors and categories to sharpen positioning
  • Manage freelancers and resources to execute campaigns
What We’re Looking For
  • 2 to 4 years in marketing, brand, or growth, ideally in SaaS or startups
  • Familiarity with app and web launches, even if not a deep expert
  • Ability to connect acquisition and engagement strategies back to product development
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas simple
  • Strategic mindset with curiosity to learn fast and ambition to lead
  • Startup energy with adaptability and comfort taking on responsibility
Why This Role Matters

Startups often fail because go-to-market strategy is weak, not because the product is bad. This role ensures our clients and OSMOS launch with traction, not just code. You will learn fast, take ownership, and build toward becoming the kind of marketing leader every founder needs at the table.

Compensation

$65,000 to $80,000 base salary with bonus potential, depending on experience.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short note on why launching startups excites you. Share a project, campaign, or case study that shows how you think about go-to-market. Follow us on Linked In to get updates.
