About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to help expand our brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on social media management and graphic design
, supporting content creation, campaign execution, and digital growth initiatives.

Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (including posting schedules, captions, and engagement)

• Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and website use
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
• Coordinate content creation (graphics, videos, blog posts) with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor and respond to social media engagement, comments, and messages to support brand voice and community growth
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions
• Support influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and You Tube collaborations
• Manage website updates, product listings, and basic SEO-related tasks
• Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and trend monitoring to inform content and marketing strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, digital content, or a related role
• Strong graphic design skills with experience creating digital marketing assets
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design software
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Shopify is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position
