• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment and collaborate with commercial colleagues and external stakeholders

• Strong project and process management skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to synthesize complex information with strong analytical skills

• Proven track record of identifying insights and developing effective strategies and tactics based on these insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 4-6 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required

Preferred:
Procurement systems, GCMA certification

• Manage agency partners in developing high-impact online communications, including websites, transactional and marketing emails
• Develop offline materials such as training resources and call scripts
• Lead asset review and compliance (RC) process and FDA filings for all materials
• Collaborate with BT to set up and test marketing communication tactics
• Coordinate with BAI on test & learn plans
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings
• Support cross-functional team activities as needed
