You’ll translate complex offerings into sharp market narratives, sales enablement tools, and breakthrough moments that accelerate growth across the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and lead product marketing strategy across North America, aligned to business growth goals and commercial strategy.
  • Build differentiated positioning and value propositions for Assembly’s core products and capabilities.
  • Lead the development of messaging frameworks, product one‑pagers, pitch narratives, and sales enablement tools that help the commercial team close business.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, client development, global marketing, and solutions teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how we take our products to market.
  • Support the launch of new products and enhancements with GTM strategies, internal toolkits, case studies, and customer‑facing collateral.
  • Represent marketing in North America commercial and leadership forums, ensuring product stories are tied to client challenges, regional insights, and business impact.
  • Identify and scale success stories from clients that demonstrate the impact of our solutions, feeding case studies into PR, social, and content channels.
  • Stay close to market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to evolve our messaging and ensure it remains relevant and resonant.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Global CMO on market strategy, product storytelling, and regional differentiation.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or integrated marketing at a media agency, tech platform, consulting firm, or similar B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of media, marketing, martech, and data‑driven solutions.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex capabilities into compelling, digestible narratives.
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams to drive pipeline growth, RFP success, and win rates.
  • Adept at working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution.
  • Clear communicator, strong presenter, and natural collaborator.
