• Devise and execute strategies to support the business development team, aiming to improve brand awareness and influence.
• Manage and strategize international marketing efforts, including brand promotions, marketing events, and various activities to elevate the brand.
• Source, develop, and nurture brand partnerships; negotiate and drive end‑to‑end international collaborations, including co‑branding initiatives, social media collaborations, and offline events.
• Research industry trends and consumer insights, and share findings with the internal team.
• Liaise with internal teams regarding needs and plans for brand marketing; collaborate on brand stories and social media content.
• Oversee budgets related to marketing materials and coordinate with internal teams.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content/entertainment branding or marketing (background in novels, comics, animations, films, or media companies preferred).
• Strong understanding of global content markets, with experience managing brand projects, organizing exhibitions or offline events, and established connections in brand partnerships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
