We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Trade Marketing to elevate INKEY’s presence across North America. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role for a strategic, insight‑led, and execution‑obsessed marketer who loves retail, beauty, and the challenge of winning in competitive environments.

What You’ll Do

As our Senior Manager of Trade Marketing, you will lead INKEY’s retailer marketing strategy across Sephora, Ulta, and Sephora at Kohl’s—owning visual merchandising, omni‑channel activation, launch execution, and the ongoing optimisation of how shoppers discover and convert with INKEY.

  • Lead all VM updates, fixture refreshes, gondola resets, and retail storytelling that drive shopper clarity and conversion.
  • Act as the connector across Creative, PD, Regulatory, Sales, Ops and retailer partners to deliver seamless, best‑in‑class execution.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for NPD, hero moments, and seasonal activations.
  • Optimise PDPs and retailer media placements, ensuring messaging and assets drive measurable shopper action.
  • Maximise retailer social support and work relentlessly to secure more than our fair share of visibility across retailer‑owned channels.
  • Deliver insight‑led recommendations grounded in shopper behaviour, conversion, penetration, retention, and gained/lost customer trends.
  • Manage reviews and sampling strategies to strengthen discovery, credibility, and PDP performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity to ensure INKEY continuously pushes the boundaries of best‑in‑class activation across the category.
  • Apply a smart, entrepreneurial spending approach, operating with a hustle mentality and a no‑BS focus on what truly drives results.
Who You Are
  • A proactive, insight‑driven marketer with 8+ years’ experience in trade, shopper, or retail marketing (beauty/CPG strongly preferred).
  • Deeply familiar with Sephora and Ulta ecosystems and how to win within them.
  • A flawless project manager who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
  • Commercial, resourceful, and entrepreneurial—skilled at maximising impact from every trade dollar.
  • Obsessed with shopper behaviour and how to drive conversion both in‑store and online.
  • A clear communicator, strong collaborator, and no‑BS operator who gets things done.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and retail innovation.
