We are a collaborative mid‑sized agency with an immediate opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our growing Corporate team!

This is an excellent growth opportunity for an Account Coordinator to help with account management and media relations support for our clients. An Account Coordinator is the backbone of a successful account team—helping to keep us organized and informed, while also assisting with the execution of integrated communications campaigns.

The Corporate team is where creativity thrives, and we pride ourselves on challenging and delighting our clients and ourselves every day. You are someone who loves to keep learning and will bring energy, passion, and an insatiable intellectual curiosity to the position.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience (internships included). Agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Interest and/or experience in corporate communications and/or B2B marketing and communications
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Proactive and curious mindset

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple accounts/address multiple client needs
  • Has a finger on the pulse of culture and a nose in business news
  • Interest in working with clients spanning a variety of industries

(New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.)

Location

Hybrid in our NYC office for 2 days/week

Our Flexible Work Policy

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client’s office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
