Qualifications- 1+ year of experience with offline and digital media planning
- Strong understanding of broadcast, print, outdoor, and digital media types
- Excellent task‑management, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of third‑party ad‑serving
- Familiarity with media tools such as Media Tools, Comscore, MRI, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, and media billing tools
- Adopt an audience‑first, consumer‑centric planning philosophy
- Maintain a deep knowledge of client businesses and deliver media plans that meet their goals
- Provide point‑of‑view on available media options and recommend alternatives
- Brainstorm and create media plan recommendations and schedules
- Investigate creative and innovative approaches to target consumers strategically
- Analyze competitive activity and recommend optimizations post‑campaign
- Measure media performance against objectives
- Resolve client media‑related issues and foster strong relationships with internal, client, and creative teams
- Study demographic data and consumer profiles to identify target audiences
- Coordinate with media sales reps and industry representatives to pursue aligned ideas
- Manage budgets, revenues, and ensure timely execution of all media requirements
Pay range: $40,000—$75,000 USD (subject to change). Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k), Health Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, paid vacation, sick and personal days, paid parental and medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance.
This role is hybrid: three days per week in the office and two days remote, with flexibility for adjustment over time based on business needs.
