Email Marketing Coordinator

The Email Marketing Coordinator reports to the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, and is responsible for the execution of ’s email marketing communications—from setup, through testing and launch, to post deployment analysis. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact for daily email deployments and requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, strong organization, dependability, teamwork, and sense of urgency.

• Write creative briefs for marketing emails
• Assist with all aspects of email production:
  • Creation, scheduling, and approval
  • Segmentation and audience building
  • Assess all email creative to ensure compliance with our email content policies
  • Quality assurance to ensure creative, copy, and links are correct
• Assist the Manager in maintaining the email marketing calendar for accurate and timely delivery
• Partner with other teams to execute all email campaigns
• Compile, track, and analyze email campaign metrics
• Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, and CAN-SPAM laws

The expected salary for this position is $21.63 - $24.04 per hour, determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
