ABOUT

THE ROLE

The Growth Lead will lead experiential and digital distribution strategies to drive growth for Regal. This is a hands‑on, high‑velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. The right person isn’t just good at running campaigns; they’re obsessed with growth hacking, new tools, and finding fresh ways to break through. You will get to work closely with Regal execs and have a lot of visibility into how a high‑growth marketing team and startup runs.

Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Run rapid‑fire experiments across paid social, SEM, display, and the website, setting clear hypotheses, launching tests, and optimizing for CAC and ROAS.
  • Tinker with new channels: from Tik Tok‑style B2B content to AI‑powered ad creation, to finding under priced media that others haven’t tapped into yet.
  • Be a scrappy executor: if we want to test OOH or podcast ads, you’ll research vendors, vet them, negotiate pricing, and launch quickly.
  • Leverage paid and organic strategies to amplify content across channels like Linked In, newsletters, display ads, and video.
  • Optimize every piece of creative: from landing pages to ads to short‑form video, using the latest marketing tools, AI, and automation.
  • Move fast and iterate constantly: speed is everything in this role. We don’t need perfect; we need what works right now.
  • Measure and report on performance: track pipeline contribution, CPL, ROAS, and iterate based on what’s working (and what’s not).
ABOUT YOU
  • 2-4 years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing – ideally within a high‑growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • Growth hacking mindset:
    You’re always testing new tools, AI‑driven ad creative, and new ways to distribute content.
  • Paid media experience:
    You’ve managed budgets across paid social, display, programmatic, or other digital channels.
  • Creative problem solver:
    You don’t need direct experience in every channel, but you figure things out fast.
  • Data‑driven and analytical:
    You don’t need direct experience with the advertising metrics but you are quantitative. Obsessed with speed:
    You execute quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA:
    You want to be a founder one day. You thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where you can shape processes, influence product direction, and drive revenue. Your adaptability and growth mindset help you navigate change and complexity with ease.
