We’re hiring a Manager, Client Strategy to join our Success team and lead the strategic management of a portfolio of top-tier brands. In this highly client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to marketing executives—many in the luxury fashion and beauty space—working to retain and grow their business through data-backed affiliate and creator strategies. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and help scale Shop My’s brand success model.

• Serve as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for high-profile brand accounts
• Partner with Sales to align on goals and unlock upsell opportunities
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that lead to client growth
• Proactively identify and solve day-to-day business challenges across your portfolio
• Elevate conversations with brand stakeholders to maximize value and investment in Shop My
• Escalate meaningful product feedback to influence product development
• Represent the voice of the client internally and ensure an exceptional experience across touchpoints

• Building lasting relationships with leading brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle
• Acting as a key driver of business growth through data, creativity, and strategic thinking
• Working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact
• Leading clients through affiliate and creator strategies that perform
• Taking initiative and ownership in solving challenges and exceeding expectations

• 5+ years in strategic, client-facing roles, such as account management or management consulting
• Proven experience supporting high-profile or luxury brand clients
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong track record of retention, upsell, and elite client service
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker who can connect the dots and proactively drive value
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• SaaS Customer Success experience
• Experience at a remote startup
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and the creator economy
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Ability to execute under tight timelines and shifting priorities

New York Pay Range

$110,000 - $130,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. Shop My is flexible pending candidate’s experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of Shop My receives equity on top of cash compensation!
