In-Person, $18-$20/Hour, 1st Shift

Your day-to-day as a E-Lab Technician:

• Perform repairs, rework, diagnostics, and testing on PCBAs to ensure quality standards are met
• Support daily manufacturing, spares, and engineering deliverables through hands‑on technical tasks
• Assist in training new team members on repair, diagnostic, and testing procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to compliance with industry standards

Your skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing strongly preferred
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for assembly and validation work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
