Friesland Campina Ingredients is seeking a Process Engineering Intern to support manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives at our production facility. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a real manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams on impactful projects.

As a Process Engineering Intern, you will gain exposure to both daily operations and longer‑term improvement projects, including:

• Supporting production teams with process troubleshooting and optimization activities
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, throughput, and waste reduction
• Supporting safety, quality, and environmental initiatives as a technical resource
• Helping maintain and update process documentation such as process flow diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs
• Collaborating with teams across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, R&D, and Engineering

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, plant‑based environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
