This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Production Supervisor based in West Henrietta, NY. In this role, the Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, and ensure efficient production workflows. Key responsibilities include coordinating team activities, supervising staff, optimizing production plans, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in fostering communication and teamwork to meet organizational goals effectively.

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and employee management
• Experience in Production Planning and creating Production Schedules
• Strong knowledge of Production Management processes and concepts
• Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing settings
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in production or manufacturing is preferred
