• Manage all parts orders and POs, including receipt documentation and timely submission to Accounts Payable.
• Oversee parts inventory levels, replenish stock, order components, and apply mechanical knowledge to identify parts accurately.
• Inspect incoming stock to verify compliance with specifications and purchase order requirements.
• Store materials properly in bins, shelves, or designated floor areas based on style, size, or material type.
• Enter new PM tasks into iMaint, including daily/weekly/monthly schedules, and create filing binders when needed.
• Coordinate shipments for returns, repairs, and vendor exchanges.
• Conduct periodic, special, and perpetual inventories to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using both computerized and manual systems.

• High School Diploma.
• Maintain parts system accuracy by monitoring on?hand quantities and ensuring all purchase orders are completed, received correctly, and documented.
• Notify the maintenance manager of inventory needs, shortages, or critical stock requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts crib in alignment with 5S standards.
