Director of Product Development - Dietary​/Supplements

A premier family wellness brand based in New York City. We developed our products with a team of Harvard dermatologists and pediatricians to create a science-first, wellness brand offering the safest and most effective for the whole family. Featured in Harper Bazaar, Glamour, Forbes, Town & Country and Marie Claire and sold in Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Babylist.

We are looking for a Director of Product Development to lead our new product initiatives. In this role, you'll drive innovation, formulation, and ensuring seamless launches for new products, playing a key part in shaping our product strategy.

• Bring innovative product ideas to life, from concept to production.
• Identify new product opportunities, analyze industry trends, and get manufacturers/vendors for ingredients and formulations.
• Lead the formulation and development of new products.
• Identify and collaborate with diverse R&D suppliers and partners to bring in new ingredients, delivery formats, and emerging technologies.
• Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle, ensuring scientific accuracy, inclusivity in formulation, and regulatory compliance.

• 3+ years of experience in dietary supplement R&D, product development, or formulation.
• Strong understanding of nutrition science and ingredient interactions for optimal effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
