8+ years of experience Ideal candidates will have spent 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Must have prior startup experience; cannot be their first startup.
Proven experience in a previous hiring function, bonus for scaling an engineering team from ~5 to 10+ (essentially doubling a small team).
Experience in Fin Tech, particularly with payments or transactions.
Experience with Node.js, Type Script, Next.js, tRPC
Experience with cloud-based applications, specifically AWS.
Ability to function in an executive capacity and lead investor-facing technical sessions.
