Restaurant Associates – Pack Out

Location: CxRA - 147 41st Street, Brooklyn, NY 10022

Schedule: Full time. Hours and days may vary. Details upon interview.

Pay Range: $24.50–$28.00 per hour

Requirements: 1–3 years of culinary experience preferred. Prior kitchen experience is required.

This role blends prep cooking and packaging duties. Candidates should be comfortable handling food preparation and packaging.

• Clarify and prepare containers for packing, ensuring containers are undamaged.
• Stack and pile finished goods into containers; prepare goods for shipment following specific instructions.
• Verify items pulled from packages are correct.
• Maintain database of packages.
• Complete documents to record measurement, weight, and product count; track inventory.
• Remove completed or defective products, placing them on moving equipment or specified areas such as loading docks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Use medium‑weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning slicers.
