Production Worker – Full Time, Hourly

We are seeking a motivated Production Worker that will be responsible for arranging shipments of materials, inspecting and verifying goods, managing inventory levels of shipping materials and supplies, operating a forklift, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• High School degree with a minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts, including cherry pickers, clamp trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Exceptional work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

• Warehouse and manufacturing production environment.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Risk of injury on manufacturing floor and operating heavy machinery.

• Salary for New York based applicants: $17.00 an hour (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
• Weekly pay.
• Hourly position with overtime available; after 90 days eligible for benefits through the IBEW, Local 3 Union.
