If you can run a Bobst at full speed, hold tight tolerances, lead a crew, and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder — we should talk.
We are looking for a high-level Folder Gluer Operator with 3–5+ years of Bobst (or equivalent) experience who takes ownership of their machine, their crew, and their results.
This is not an entry-level role. This is for an operator who knows how to hit numbers, solve problems fast, and elevate the team around them.

- Our shifts are Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 12:00am
- $20 to $26 an hour

Position Responsibilities:
- Full setup, operation, and troubleshooting of Bobst or similar folder gluers
- Driving uptime, throughput, and quality metrics
- Glue systems, alignment, folding precision, and final product integrity
- Coaching and developing gluer assistants into strong operators
- Reducing waste and improving run efficiency
- Partnering with maintenance to prevent downtime before it happens
- Maintaining a safe, disciplined production environment
- 3–5+ years operating a Bobst or similar high-speed folder gluer
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a gluer team
- Experience in high-volume corrugated or custom packaging environments
- Consistent track record of hitting production and quality targets
- Professional, accountable, safety-first mindset
- Must be able to read production specs and measure to the 16th of an inch
- Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to use new programs
- Must have the ability to adhere to policies and standards
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent working experience
