What You'll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards across injection molding, blow molding, and assembly operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Inspect incoming materials, start-up production, and ongoing production runs
* Perform audits using precision gauges and measurement tools
* Conduct capability studies to meet customer requirements
* Ensure products consistently meet quality expectations
* Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances quickly
* Initiate quality reports and support corrective actions
* Follow and support Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Approve or reject incoming materials and finished goods as needed
What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma required (Associate's Degree or QA Certification preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in Quality Inspection or Quality Control
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
* Experience using gauges and precision measurement tools
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Understanding of Quality Management Systems
* Manufacturing experience (plastics experience is a plus!)
