** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a yard loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials
* Monitor material inventory levels and support efficient plant operations
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
* Communicate effectively with team members to support safe production flow
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
* Strong focus on situational awareness and safe work practices
* Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
* Commitment to teamwork and clear communication
* Willingness to learn and perform a variety of yard and equipment tasks
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
