** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials

+ Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation

+ Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles

+ Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

+ Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities

* + Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently

+ Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures

+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

+ Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
