About the role
We’re a fast-growing wholesale beauty and travel products company looking for a senior sourcing and production leader to own factory relationships, production execution, and margin performance.
Responsibilities- Source and manage factories in China (and alternatives)
- Lead cost negotiations and margin optimization
- Oversee sampling, and mass production PP’s & TOPs
- Own production timelines and quality standards
- Work cross-functionally with design and sales
- 7 years sourcing/production experience
- Deep China manufacturing experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven wholesale or mass retail background
You’ll have real ownership, real impact, and real authority.
