KNG Construction Co Inc is seeking experienced Shop Mill workers to join our Field Operations team. This position focuses on high-quality residential millwork production in a shop environment, working with veneers and solid wood materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in millwork fabrication, takes pride in precision craftsmanship, and is looking for long-term stability with opportunities for growth in a respectful, professional workplace.

• Fabricate custom residential millwork in a shop setting
• Work with veneers and solid wood materials to produce high-quality components
• Read and follow shop drawings, cut lists, and specifications
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Assemble, sand, and finish millwork components to quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship

• 8+ years of experience working in a millwork shop environment preferred
• Proven experience with:
  • Veneers
  • Solid wood fabrication
  • Custom residential millwork
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• No formal education required
• No specific licenses or certifications required
• $35–$40/hour, depending on experience
