*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

* Be able to work with various construction materials – asphalt, stone, concrete
* Direct traffic to ensure safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians
* Set up and maintain safe work zones using erecting and dismantling barriers, signs, and cones
* Follow engineering blueprints and diagrams to ensure accurate measurements and grades
* Use various hand tools, power tools and small equipment
* Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
* Strong teamwork and communication skills for on-site collaboration.
* Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Capability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
