ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
Load, transport, and stockpile materials according to production needs
Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$23 - $26 per hour
