• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability

• Load, transport, and stockpile materials according to production needs

• Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner

• Strong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $23 - $26 per hour
